Acting as Safeguarding (PSEA and COC) reporting focal point with maintain confidentiality as per SOP.
Supervise all Women empowerment activities and training in a timely manner.
Strengthening staff capacity through orientation, training, workshop or risk assessment.
Supervise women, adolescent, youth engagement activity through meeting, awareness raising and community lead project.
Establishing and maintaining coordination, advocacy, networking amongst the stakeholders, including government representatives, UN agencies, international NGOs and national NGOs and other service providers and beneficiary.
Monitoring and evaluation of all services in the camp to ensure that minimum standards and operating procedures are respected and applied and report to sector monthly.
Organize, coordinate and facilitate capacity building initiatives for staff, volunteer, community groups.
Supervise all beneficiary concern and provided verified information and refer their concern to the appropriate service providers and get back to them with response.
Proactively engage with other humanitarian actors to ensure that all information provided to beneficiaries are updated and comprehensive.
Supervise facilitate information sessions to raise awareness, beneficiary rights, and build trust with SMS.
Ensure that information is provided in a gender- and culturally sensitive manner that encourages beneficiaries to share questions and concerns.
Prepare weekly and monthly donor reports.
Provide a safe space for beneficiaries of all ages, genders and abilities to give feedback, complaints, assistance.
Support trends analysis, immediately flag issues that require higher-level advocacy to the line manager and identify ways to improve the accessibility of beneficiaries.

Conduct informational sessions to DRC beneficiaries about DRC programs, the complaints and feedback mechanisms, DRC, and its commitments to beneficiaries, in line with the accountability framework.
Kept records for volunteers including time sheets, payment sheets and work closely with finance department to ensure payments are done on time.
